I did change them on both sides (boght them in Autodock) and now noticed eksessive tire wear on both rear rear wheel inside - can it affect wheel alignment?

Yes, after any work related to the suspension of the car, it is recommended to adjust the wheel alignment.

forgot to check/adjust handbrake
it has nothing to do with wheel bearing.. same like u wanna repair the car a u replace whole car for newone.
There is a wheel bearing replacement in this video.
